Join an impactful EU-funded Cooperation Facility initiative shaping EU-Pakistan relations. GOPA is preparing for the EU-Pakistan Cooperation Facility (prequalification stage), focused on leveraging the current EU portfolio in Pakistan with a good governance lens, while developing new strategic dialogue formats across various sectors. We are seeking experienced professionals (+15 years) with strong team leadership experience in international development and advisory work.

Qualifications and skills

• Master’s degree in economics, international development, public policy, law, or engineering (energy, civil, transport, environmental, or related fields)
• Excellent command of English (oral and written, minimum C1 level). Knowledge of Urdu or regional languages (Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto, Balochi) is an asset.
