To assist in supervising, leading, motivating and managing the shift production activities at Ford in line with company standards and health and safety requirements.
Your core responsibilities.
To maintain H&S standards and performance on site. To assist in supervising the night shift team and running of the Ford Facility. Operate in a “hands on” role operating mobile and fixed plant as part of principle responsibilities. Monitor and review production teams to ensure continuous improvement.
