Team Leader- Nightshift

Te Tūranga /About the Role: 

Silver Fern Farms Dargaville is recruiting a Team Leader for their Primary Butchery. You will be joining a team of three team leaders, looking after 46 production staff, with the support of a Department Team Leader. This role is nightshift, with hours between 2.30pm and 12.30am, of 45 hours per week.

As a Team Leader, you will have responsibility and accountability for the department and its outcomes. You will play a critical part in ensuring team members know and understand what’s expected and how the team’s production output contributes to the overall departmental production targets.

You will provide inspirational leadership to the team which enables the highest of standards to be set and builds a team culture which embraces and values respect, safety, accountability, and teamwork.
