Team Leader (Qualified)

KidsCo is a boutique early learning centre on Auckland's North Shore, licensed for 35 tamariki. We're a small centre with a big heart and a settled, experienced team.

We're looking for an experienced, certificated kaiako and leader to take the lead across teaching practice, team culture and operations across the centre. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves being with children and is equally confident leading a team and holding the standards that maintain quality learning outcomes and keep a centre running well.

About the role

The role is split between teaching on the floor, leading the team and operation of the centre. You'll have the backing of an external ECE consultancy expert, but you'll be the person turning that into action each day. You'll:

• Lead across the team, learning environments, curriculum and licensing
