Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. You will be closing and opening the business and will be Duty manager in the absence of the Pub Leadership team. A minimum 3 years leadership or management experience desired and a can do attitude. MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE. This is due to lisencing and the nature of the role.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
