Opportunity Description
What you'll be doing
- Leading and supporting a team (~3), delivering end-to-end property settlements
- Managing daily workflow allocation, team capacity, and deadlines
- Acting as an escalation point for complex or high-value matters
- Maintaining a hands-on approach with settlements and PEXA workspaces
- Overseeing lodgements, post-settlement activities, and quality of outputs
- Ensuring SLAs, KPIs, turnaround times, and client expectations are met
- Driving continuous improvement across processes and operations
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Supporting onboarding, training, and capability development
- Managing shared communication channels and ensuring timely responses
- Partnering with clients to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience
