Team Leader ( Supported Living)

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader to join our new Supported Living service in Keighley Bradford.

About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services in Bradford, providing specialised person centred support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

To work alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services- overseeing the smooth running of these services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.

The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks and covering shifts within the services.
