Are you an experienced water industry professional ready to step into a leadership role? Uralla Shire Council is seeking a Team Leader Water and Wastewater to lead a small, dedicated team delivering essential services to our community.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant delivery of Council’s water and sewer services. You will supervise daily operations, support your team, and oversee the maintenance and performance of critical infrastructure including treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution networks.
Working closely with the Manager Water and Wastewater, you’ll also contribute to capital works, asset management planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable service delivery.
