Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investmentsSupport M&A transactions through tax due diligence, and pre-/post-deal structuringAdvise clients on market entry strategies including shareholding/financing structures, transaction models, and incentives, etc.Collaborate across service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutionsEngage in client servicing and contribute to business development effortsCoach and mentor staff in the teamPerform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
Requirements
