Opportunity Description
The Team Manager provides leadership and employee relations support in accordance with organizational policies and practices. This role assists in strategic planning and helps establish organization, unit, and site goals. The Team Manager is a safety-focused leader who maintains a consistent presence on the plant floor, drives manufacturing execution, and actively supports operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide employee relations support in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and practices.
+ Uphold a strong safety culture and execute assigned Environmental, Safety, Sustainability, and Health (ESSH) responsibilities.
