Team Manager – Barnet Domestic Abuse Safety Hub – #OR105807

Barnet Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Barnet Domestic Abuse Safety Hub (BDASH), based in Colindale, NW9. This is an interim role paying £25.10–£32.80 per hour via Prism, starting 7July2026.

BDASH forms part of Barnet’s coordinated response to domestic abuse, delivering trauma‑informed advocacy, safety planning and survivor support across the borough in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.

As Team Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and lead a multi‑disciplinary team of IDVAs, DAIOs and a Senior DAIO, ensuring high‑quality, culturally responsive, person‑centred service delivery.
