Team Manager, Content Curation

Lead the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for curating, reviewing, and maintaining Chinese researcher profiles.
Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure delivery against quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.

Ensure consistent application of editorial policies, curation rules, and workflow procedures across all profile curation activities.
Use Chinese language expertise to support accurate interpretation of researcher names, affiliations, publications, and related metadata.
Guide the team in handling profile complexities, identity resolution issues, and data quality exceptions related to Chinese profiles.
Monitor output quality, identify gaps or error patterns, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
