What will your responsibilities be?
We’re looking for a new Team Manager for our Family Safeguarding Team.You’ll lead, support and develop incredible people who are working exceptionally hard to ensure that all our children can achieve their potential.As a Team Manager you will develop and grow relationships within the team and with our partners to deliver an effective service, which is timely, within budget and in line with policies and procedures.You will provide quality supervision to support social workers alongside children, young people and their families to champion their needs whilst building trust and confidence.
