Team Manager - Fundraising Centre

The NSRI is seeking an experienced Team Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 fundraisers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role focuses on driving sales, team motivation, performance management, and coaching. The Team Manager plays a pivotal role in driving target delivery while maintaining a high-energy, supportive, and ethical fundraising environment.

Sales Management & Motivation

• Manage the sales team target delivery ensuring sales objectives are achieved
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to consistently achieve fundraising targets.
• Mobilize teams to perform at their best, fostering a high-energy and collaborative culture.
• Recognize and reward individual and team successes to enhance engagement.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve performance and conversion rates.
