Team Manager

Overview of the role Reporting to the shift operations manager, the Team Manager will lead and manage a Team of colleagues across various departments in the warehouse environment during the assigned shift. Ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in line with GDP, SOPs, and regulatory standards. The role is accountable for operational performance, people management, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
