A Team Member is a key position within our company, responsible for the successful reflecting our company ethos and values to our customers and ensuring that our customers have a happy and fulfilling experience at Jefferson.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Exceptional customer service and rigorously implementing customer service standards

· Serving delicious ice cream dishes and other food dishes

· Serving coffees and other soft drinks

· Being able to explain and recommend our wonderful ice cream menu

· Maintaining a spotlessly clean shop always

· Being a supportive team member

· Ensuring that the shop is always immaculately presented and that exceptional food standards are rigorously adhered to and allergen information is kept up to date

· Any activities that may be considered typical to the day-to-day operations of a shift
