About The Role
Role Location: Hull, HU8 7DS
Our Team Member opportunity is an operationally focussed role. When the Team Members production line is running efficiently their time will be spent on both operational and maintenance tasks. They will operate lines to manufacture Reckitt products in line with the production plan, whilst providing support to our Technicians to ensure operational effectiveness. There will be a focus on promoting our Quality and Health and Safety cultures ensuring that targets are consistently achieved, and we will towards performance targets in areas such as waste, customer service, and equipment operational effectiveness.
NOTE: this role is a rotational shift based role
Responsibilities
- Operate lines at maximum efficiency to ensure all production plans are achieved on time and to quality standards.
