Roles and Responsibilities A ideal candidate is one with 5-6 years and currently part of legal department of a good NBFC or a bank working on the following: Loan documentation/facility agreements, consortium documents; Security creation and documentation including mortgages, pledge agreements, lien letters; Negotiating agreements with clients; Strong knowledge of RBI Regulations dealing with lending and Companies Act; Team player and enthusiastic to take up new work/challenges
