Buba Bureka is a breakfast-lunch takeout counter opening up in the heart of Greenwich Village. We're focused on serving the perfect bureka, a savory Mediterranean pastry served with briny pickles, crushed tomato, and a perfectly jammy egg. We're a small, tight-knit team, which means everyone chips in. An ideal candidate is gregarious, fun, and comfortable moving between the counter and the kitchen depending on what the day needs.
