The Operations Lead will oversee operational excellence, delivery governance, and production stability across campaign, channel, platform, and web operations for the Spain market.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and delivery governance across campaign, channel, platform, and web operations for Spain.
• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Veeva (CRM & Vault PromoMats), and WordPress‑based execution to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and predictability.
• Establish strong processes, capacity models, quality frameworks, and performance oversight for customer engagement programs.
• Partner closely with Delivery teams, Platform Leads, QA, and engagement leads to guarantee teams are production‑ready and SLAs are met.
