Opportunity Description
We are currently reviewing applications for a Team Trainer position on second shift (3:00pm - 11:30 pm). The Team Trainer will report to the Human Resource Generalist. This position will have the following principal accountabilities:
+ Performs translation duties.
+ Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
+ Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
+ Completes new team member orientation.
+ Performs other duties as assigned by management.
+ Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.
Successful candidates will have the following attributes:
+ Bilingual
+ Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication skill...
