Tebis NC Programming Engineer – Stamping

This role connects tool design with CNC machining operations, ensuring that complex die components—such as draw dies, trimming tools are machined safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

The position requires hands-on experience in CAD/CAM programming, strong knowledge of die manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate across design, machining, and tryout teams

**1. NC Programming & Toolpath Development**

+ Create and optimize 3-axis, 3+2 axis, and 5-axis CNC 3D & 2.5D programs using Tebis CAM.
+ Apply efficient machining strategies such as high-feed and high-performance cutting to reduce cycle time and tool wear.
+ Support specialised processes wherever applicable.

**2. CAD & Surface Preparation**

+ Prepare and refine CAD surface geometry for manufacturability using Tebis.
+ Incorporate material behaviour factors such as thickness variation and springback into toolpath calculations.
