Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform general ultrasound exams, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging. The role involves patient preparation, equipment operation, and collaboration with medical staff to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality general ultrasound procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Operate ultrasound equipment, selecting appropriate transducers, settings, and techniques to produce optimal images.
• Prepare patients through thorough explanations, medical history review, and proper positioning for procedures.
• Recognize and document normal and abnormal sonographic findings during examinations.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians by providing preliminary impressions and ensuring timely image and report delivery.
