About the team

Our Team is responsible for building and owning TikTok's algorithms which provides our users the best using experience. On the TikTok Team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a full-stack system and use machine learning methods from related fields such as NLP, Computer Vision, Multimodal, and Recommender Systems. Lead the whole TikTok business in the Singapore, or one or more of the following core directions:
• Improve the basic search quality and user experience: Optimize query analysis and text relevance matching. Understand video content and implement multi-modal matching.
