Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
- Execute high‑precision assembly tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment as a detail‑oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes.
- Observe discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level and involve senior members of staff.
- Derive continual improvement and use of resources.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage.
