Techinical Specialist

The Technical Specialist provides dedicated support to assigned sales specialists and territories, ensuring exceptional customer service before, during, and after orthopaedic procedures. Reporting to the Technical Specialist Supervisor, this role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Healthcare Professionals to coordinate instrumentation, implants, and workshop materials within the assigned territory. As a member of the Trauma team, the Technical Specialist is required to support surgical cases in the operating theatre and participate in an on‑call roster, including after‑hours, weekend, and public holiday coverage.
