Technical Advisor

Overview

A career as a Technical Advisor within National Bank Financial Legal Affairs means playing a key role in the Litigation and Regulatory Investigations team by managing the lifecycle of files, coordinating billing and insurance matters, and producing various reports tracking the evolution of legal matters. Your role

• Manage the lifecycle of legal files in the software GaLexy (opening, updating, closing, archiving) and serve as the team’s point of contact for the legal file management tool.
• Keep tracking and reporting tools updated and generate necessary reports to reflect the progress of cases.
• Take charge of and coordinate the billing process for external law firms (indexing and processing of invoices, coordinating approvals, handling follow-ups, reconciling payments...
