Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HCT's enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents, system errors, performance issues, and integration failures.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, database teams, and cloud teams.
- Support integrations between SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and reporting systems.
- Prepare technical specifications, support documents, interface documents, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HCT's security governance and access‑management requirements.
- Contribute to application improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
