Opportunity Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
A BSC degree/ National Diploma in Biomedical Technology or Degree is required for this role.
Must have worked in a laboratory environment as a Technician, Technologist or Scientist.
Previous experience dealing with customers is essential.
Must have worked on LIS system and must be computer literate with MS Office.
Must understand scientific/medical terminology.
Previous experience as a TAS in a diagnostic equipment environment is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting customers with analyser, application, operator, and reagent issues, working closely with the sales team to drive sales growth.
Growing product adoption, support installations and troubleshooting, train customers and field staff, and maintain accurate documentation/reporting.
