Technical Consultant

**Overview**

The Technology Consultant collaborates with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business, technical, and security requirements, and to map those needs to Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. This role supports pre-sales and delivery by shaping proposals and statements of work, identifying risks and mitigations, communicating solution value, and accelerating adoption and consumption of Microsoft technologies across Cloud AI, application development, data, and agent-based solution scenarios.

**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical, and security requirements and provide industry and technical input to shape the deal.
+ Map customer and partner requirements to adopt and optimize Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions, with emphasis on Azure AI, Copilot Agents, application development, and data modernization.
