**Job Summary:**

The Technical Content Consultant – Content Operations is a highly technical, fast-paced role responsible for managing LMS
integrations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless
content delivery across platforms.
This role sits within the Content Operations function,
acting as the technical backbone for content delivery and a bridge between
Content Providers, Partnerships, Engineering, Product, and customer-facing
teams.
The role requires deep expertise in LMS integrations, APIs,
authentication mechanisms, debugging techniques, and end-to-end content
lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving
skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity across systems, and exceptional
communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
