Technical Coordinator

Coordinator supports marine surveying operations by coordinating surveyor schedules and documentation to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality survey delivery. This role acts as the operational hub between clients, surveyors, vessel crews, and internal teams, resolving operational issues and enabling surveyors to focus on technical inspection and reporting. Individuals provide high-level, professional secretarial/administrative support for the team while being client and service oriented.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate daily/weekly deployment of surveys to ABS surveyors based on project requirements, availability, and location.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate updates, delays, or scope changes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, vessel masters, port agents, and local contacts to arrange surveys.
