Opportunity Description
HP’s Digital Solutions team is looking for a Singapore based post sales technical Customer Success Specialist to join the team to help customers implement HP’s software solutions with a focus on DEX and endpoint security. While the role is primarily post-sales, this candidate will also assist in strategic presales technical activities with prospects and ensure that customers are properly supported after the sale is made.The ideal candidate understands Microsoft Windows endpoints, Azure, Intune, and has experience with service delivery.
