Technical Delivery Manager

Description

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and governed delivery of IT infrastructure programmes across Asta’s three core pillars: End User Computing & Identity, Platform Engineering (Cloud and On-Prem) and Information Security.

The role owns the consolidated programme plan, RAID log, dependency management and resource forecasting across all initiatives, ensuring delivery is timely, controlled and aligned to Asta’s regulatory, client and strategic obligations.

Acting as the primary delivery interface for Asta’s Lloyd’s syndicate clients, the TDM coordinates client‑facing projects, incident escalations, vendor management and management information (MI) reporting as part of a structured managed service offering.
