Technical Director Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Design

We are seeking an Environmental Assessment (EA) & Preliminary Design (PD) Lead to help grow our business in the Greater Toronto Region and Ontario. This role will manage the overall EA & PD portfolio on Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and municipal projects, lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and management of environmental assessment and preliminary design projects, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EA & PD portfolio for MTO and municipal projects.
• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary studies and stakeholder consultations.
