Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fire, Intrusion, and Notification R&D specialist team, including Fire Devices and Systems product architects and regulatory specialists, across all Life Safety locations (Cwmbran, Riom, Longbranch, Sarasota, Mitcheldean, and Doncaster).
• Define and deploy product‑line technology roadmaps aligned with overall product line strategy and business roadmaps.
• Work closely with Product Management, Business Development, and Commercial teams to ensure strong market and customer alignment.
