Lumeto is building a current category: AI‑powered simulation for human performance. Today, hospitals and universities use our platform to train healthcare professionals through immersive scenarios (VR and web‑based). Next, we’re scaling our customer base, launching new products, and expanding our use of AI natively across the platform to accelerate immersive and educational capabilities.

The Role: This is a build‑the‑future role, not a maintenance role. As Technical Director, you will own technical direction across a multi‑platform AI application system, including VR/PC/Web simulation (Unreal Engine), a web platform for content authoring, e‑learning and administration, and learning analytics systems.
