What the role is:

Technical Executive / Senior Technical Executive (School of Design)

What you will be working on:

• Provide technical/mentorship support to students, staff and lecturers in the fabrication workshop, covering wood, metal, plastic works and the machine operations
• Curate, conduct or assist in the delivery of classes/courses for different stakeholders
• Support the introduction of new workshop equipment and undertake training as appropriate
• Manage assets and participate in related activities associating with assets
• Manage procurement for classes, events/activities and the fabrication workshop
• Conduct periodic review of fabrication workshop processes and procedures to optimize operational efficacy
• Manage the operations and maintenance of various equipment in the fabrication workshop
