Technical Field Advisor, (TFA), is a working field service consultant responsible for maintaining quality standards of Siemens Energy field service work, self-performing warranty repairs, environment, safety, and the overall performance of crew / contractors on field projects. The TFA is the primary on site guide in assembly, service, and transformer repair and other work at an electrical substation or power plant. The advisor is responsible for the successful execution of projects, both technically and administratively.
