Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance inspections on maintenance and servicing activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved technical data and local instructions
- Conducts performance reviews and ensures that Safety & Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are tracked, analyzed and utilized to ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards
- Conducts need analysis to identify compliance and safety skill gaps and recommend technical training and personal development classes to close gaps
- Reviews safety needs analysis findings in order to modify and improve existing compliance and safety programs
- Provides recommendations to Head of Compliance on how to improve maintenance, repair and operation services from a compliance and safety perspective
- Provides support and guidance as required to Customer GAL management and workforce
