Technical Instructor

Job Title Technical Instructor Reports To Section Head Training Role Purpose Develop and conduct Training courses, exams, aircraft structured practical training and assessment of aircraft task to support the Company, Industry, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia CAAM) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other Regulatory requirements. Key Accountability Develop and updates EASA, CAAM and other Company’s Training courses in order to fulfill internal and external training needs
Conduct Theoretical, Practical Training courses and Assessments in order to meet the Company’s operational requirements
Generate, review and amend questions of knowledge examination to ensure compliance with the requirement of training organization approval by CAAM, EASA and other regulatory bodies
Invigilate and carry out marking of examination papers in accordance to the regulatory requirements
