Role Output Build clean, reliable CI/CD pipelines Introduce coding standards that developers follow (Reusable pipeline templates to standardize delivery across teams) Makes sure code goes to production without chaos Brings structure to a fast-moving, AI-assisted development environment Define and enforce engineering standards across the stack (React, PHP, Python, My SQL). Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and architectural consistency. Support and mentor developers, particularly in structured environments with varying experience levels. Improve overall code quality and delivery consistency across the team.
