Working as a senior member of the programme delivery team, the Application Consultant will make Application design decisions that satisfy both local and Global requirements Expectations Responsibility for defining effective application designs on capital IT projects up to £5m. Leads teams of internal resources (up to 5), supplemented by external contractors as required, with responsibility for the management and execution of Application solutions on behalf of SPEN.
