The Technical Manager – Hard Services Compliance & Assurance is a senior professional authority within ABM UK, providing portfolio-wide technical governance, statutory compliance assurance, and specialist leadership across hard services disciplines.

The role operates nationally and exercises a high degree of professional autonomy, acting as an authoritative technical voice across electrical, mechanical, water, confined space and related statutory systems.
