Technical Manager / Head of Power

Responsibilities

The Technical Manager will be the key resource of information for the Production team; will interface with the warehouse leads helping to design systems; and be the project manager for large event systems. The Technical Manager is required to mentor and develop the technicians. Also where appropriate the Technical Manager will negotiate with supply chains and drive innovation with our product portfolio. On a project by project basis the Technical Manager will maximise profitability by using our own equipment and labour. The Technical Manager may or may not manage a team of Technical Specialists and will report to the General Manager.
