Our client has an opportunity available for a Group Technical Manager based in Newcastle.
Requirements: Must be willing to relocate. BSc in Food science or Diploma in Food Technology or Consumer Science. 10+ years in a food production environment with senior management experience. Responsibilities: Lead and manage reporting staff within the technical department. Assist with process improvements to improve or upgrade factory processes. Explore and implement key performance measures where needed within the manufacturing environment. Manage investigations, root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing or product issues. Monitor and ensure that all product specifications are clearly defined and manufactured within the prescribed guidelines.
