Job Summary :
As a CBRE Technical Manager, you will beresponsible for leading and overseeing all technical aspects of facilities operations, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective building services. This role provides technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire/life safety systems, and building infrastructure, while managing vendors, budgets, and service delivery standards. What You'll Do : Technical & Operational Management Oversee daily technical operations across multiple facilities or sites, ensuring uninterrupted building services. Manage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, generators, BMS, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset lifecycle and reduce downtime.
