Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Technical Manager to oversee technical support and project delivery for simulation and IT systems, including implementation, testing, and user training, while leading and developing a team of IT & Operations Specialists. Ensure system reliability through fault management and reporting, maintain compliance with safety and company procedures, and provide hands-on support in daily operations when required. Provide technical support and project management for all Company's Simulation and IT systems. Implementation and installation
Site acceptance and system test
End-user system operation training
Manage a team of IT & Operations Specialists and ensure team cohesiveness and efficiency. Ensure the team is properly trained to fulfill their tasks.
