Technical Officer (Gas Pipeline Renewal Project)

What You'll Do:
Maintain a safe and reliable gas supply through the construction and commissioning of gas distribution infrastructure, while collaborating effectively within a dynamic team. Oversee renewal projects to completion by monitoring project schedules and budgets. Supervise contractors to ensure gas mains renewal projects are executed safely and efficiently. Scheduled night or weekend works may be required. Prepare and conduct briefings on safe work procedures for testing and commissioning of gas distribution mains. Liaise with authorities (e.g., EMA), agencies (e.g., LTA, PUB, Telcos), customers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly. Closely monitor work progress to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory regulations, codes, and guidelines.
