**This position is an addition to the team to address extended responsibilities, creating a hybrid role within the Offer Management Voltage Regulator group in Jackson. The primary business need is to combine hands-on electronics expertise for a strategic control system project with ERP system administration to ensure business continuity. To meet these objectives, this role is structured around two core areas: Electronics Engineering Technology and ERP Systems Management. The first focuses on the assembly, repair, and testing of electronic components, particularly for a new voltage regulator control system. The second involves daily SAP order processing and leading the team's migration to newer ERP platforms like SAP S4E. Given the focus on these dual responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess practical experience in repairing microcircuits and control boards, coupled with a detailed knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
